When will the order be shipped? What is an expected delivery time?

The order processing time is 2-3 business days. However, please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday). Therefore, if you place an order on Friday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday. Delivery is carried out by DPD, DHL, Polish Post express, Polish post. Delivery time to your country is determined by the carrier, usually it takes up to 4 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders within Europe are delivered at the expense of the recipient. Shipping costs will depend on the country, the weight of the package, and the delivery service. You can find details in the "delivery and payment" section.

Do promotions sum up?

Usually, the favorable offers do not sum up, but there are exceptions. On our website, in the “Blog” section in the “Promotions” category, you can find the terms and conditions of all current promotions. If you have any questions, please contact us in any convenient way. We will provide all the necessary information and help you place an order on the most favorable terms for you.
